Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and logistics, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item is confirmed damaged or defective
  • A replacement is not possible

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
